Engineered for the Everyday

There's a difference between having gear and having a system for your gear.
Most trucks have one or the other. Stuff loose in the cab. Tools scattered. That one pouch that's always sliding around. You know where half your equipment is. The other half? It's wherever gravity decided to put it.
The BuiltRight Seat Back Tech Plate MOLLE Kit is built for people who don't accept that compromise. It transforms your seat back into a secured, modular command center where everything has a place, stays in that place, and doesn't move unless you decide it does.
This isn't a strap-on plastic panel. It's engineered steel, rigidly mounted, and the only patented solution of its kind on the market.

WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY GETTING
The kit consists of a 16 x 23.5-inch steel Tech Plate paired with machined aluminum headrest brackets and upper and lower steel mounts. CNC-cut from 11-gauge steel and manufactured entirely in the U.S., it's designed to deliver strength and stability from day one.
Choose between a one-seat or two-seat configuration. Optional Stage 1 and Stage 2 kits come pre-loaded with riser mounts, MOLLE nuts, and pouches so you can build out your system immediately.
The MOLLE pattern accepts any standard MOLLE accessory, which means your system grows with your needs. Radios, first-aid gear, tools, recovery equipment, ammo, documents. Everything gets a place and a purpose.
Compatible with Ford F-150, Raptor (2015-2025), Super Duty (2017-2025), and Ranger (2019-2025) models with standard seats. Not designed for max-recline or lay-flat configurations.
RIGID ENGINEERING. NO COMPROMISE.
The design philosophy is simple: if it's worth carrying, it's worth securing properly.
Most MOLLE panels you'll find are light-duty solutions strapped to your seat. They shift with movement. They tear leather. They let equipment slide around during hard stops or rough terrain. BuiltRight doesn't build that way.
This system is rigidly mounted using steel brackets that attach to your seat frame. Once installed, nothing moves. No shifting. No sagging. No loose equipment rattling around. You mount it, and it stays mounted.
The only reason you build something this way is if you actually intend for it to work. BuiltRight is an engineering company before anything else, which means the design process didn't stop at "looks good." It stopped when they got it right.

SAFETY FIRST
In the cab of your truck, an unsecured item isn't just inconvenient. In an accident or sudden stop, it becomes a projectile.
This is why BuiltRight designed the MOLLE kit with rigid mounting and steel construction. Your gear stays where you put it. Your equipment doesn't become a hazard. Your passengers don't have to worry about what's floating around behind them.
There are cheaper alternatives out there. Plastic panels. Strap-on solutions. Systems designed to look the part without actually delivering security or durability. They exist because they're easy to make and cheaper to ship.
BuiltRight chose the harder path. If it needs to work, it needs to be engineered to work.
BUILT IN THE U.S., BACKED FOR LIFE
Every MOLLE kit is cut, formed, and finished in the United States from domestic steel. BuiltRight doesn't chase volume. They build products and stand behind them.
The lifetime warranty isn't a marketing line. It's a reflection of how they engineer. Products designed to last, not to be replaced.
Customer support comes directly from the BuiltRight team. The same engineers who designed your kit help you install it. No outsourced phone tree. No generic responses. Just direct access to people who know exactly what they built and why.
WHY TRUCK OWNERS CHOOSE BUILTRIGHT
Durability: 11-gauge steel and rigid steel-bracket mounting ensure absolute strength. Your system isn't going anywhere.
Security: Prevents unsecured gear from moving, sliding, or causing damage to your truck or occupants.
Craftsmanship: Every panel is U.S.-made with precision CNC manufacturing. No variations. No compromises.
Support: Direct access to the BuiltRight team for setup, technical guidance, and any questions that come up.
Integrity: A product designed for real users in real trucks. Not engineered for showroom appeal.

THE FINAL WORD
The Seat Back Tech Plate MOLLE Kit isn't an accessory. It's infrastructure for how you work.
It represents what happens when an engineering company decides to build something instead of just selling something. When durability matters more than margin. When you refuse to compromise on how your system actually functions.
For those who demand their truck to work as hard as they do, BuiltRight delivers a solution that turns chaos into structure and improvisation into control.
